Our Story

Casa Del Taco opened in 1984 on North Bridge Street when local resident Bill Barker wanted to offer Chillicothe a better taste in Mexican, fast-casual food. He decided at that moment to provide customers with the highest quality meats and produce at a convenient location while keeping their prices low. As the business grew, Bill Barker sought out opportunities to better serve the residents on the West side of Chillicothe and Ross County. In 2006, Casa Del Taco opened a second location at 1360 Western Avenue, across from McDonalds. Now, the Barkers are able to provide great tasting and convenient Mexican food to virtually everyone in Chillicothe. Today, Bill and his wife Tammy, along with their sons Bill, Jeremy, Matt, and Ryan, strive to provide excellent customer service and a menu that is great for people of any generation. People from all over Ohio make the trip to Casa Del Taco in Chillicothe. This restaurant is a MUST HAVE whether you reside in Chillicothe or you are just visiting. You just gotta get your Casa!
